Vomiting may be the first symptom of Diarrhea and potential causes of diarrhoea are similar to those of vomiting. Ongoing diarrhoea can lead to dehydration but one or two episodes of diarrhoea are no emergency. If diarrhoea persists, or if it accompanies vomiting and/or lethargy then you must see your vet.
